Approval based on: Last two years financial statements and personal income tax returns

Option 2 - Mid Doc Loans

Up to 70% LVR
$2 million max
Interest rates from 6.4%
Approval based on: Self-certification of personal and business income plus one of:
o last two BAS statements
o last six months of business bank statements, or
o supporting accountant’s letter

Option 3 - Quick Doc Loans

Up to 65% LVR
$2 million max
Interest rates from 6.9%
Approval based on: Self-certification of personal and business income.

Option 4 - SMSF Loans

Up to 75% LVR
$3 million max
Recently established Funds eligible
Interest rates from 6.05%
Approval based on: Last two years financial statements and income tax returns for the Fund along with confirmation of annual member contributions.
