Clients access their home equity
Eligible clients aged 60+ can borrow against the value of their home without needing to sell.
Use the funds their way
The funds can support a variety of needs, from refinancing, helping family, home upgrades, to aged care or boosting cash flow.
No required repayments
There are no regular repayments while the client lives in the home, interest is added to the loan over time.
Loan is repaid later
The loan is repaid when the property is sold, the client moves into aged care, or passes away.

Retirement Refinance

Enables clients to improve cashflow and refinance their home loan at a discount rate with no more regular repayments.

Discount interest rate
No risk of default, eviction or foreclosure because regular repayments are not required
A regular income is not required to qualify

Optional Retirement Interest Only (ORIO)

Enables clients to take control of mortgage repayments with options to pay all or part of their interest in return for a discounted interest rate.

Two product types available:
1. ORIO 100: Pay 100% of the monthly interest to receive a reward rate that is 1% lower than the prevailing interest rate.
2. ORIO 50: Pay 50% of the monthly interest to receive a reward rate that is 0.5% lower than the prevailing interest rate.
No longer have to make principal and interest repayments

Household Loan

Enables clients to access capital as well as draw down their loan as a regular income stream to supplement superannuation or the Age Pension payments.

Two product types available:

1. Household Loan: Provides access to their home equity.

2. Household Loan Plus: Provides access to their capital and a regular income stream.
